Before you begin, print a Configuration Report and make sure the WorkCentre Pro has an IP Address and that the HTTP protocol is enabled. The WorkCentre Pro must be configured with an IP Address before Internet Services can be accessed. If necessary, contact your System Administrator to perform this solution as it requires knowledge of the network. NOTE: This solution assumes Microsoft Internet Explorer is being used as the web browser.
